Small collar and angular shaped collared cremation urn with customization options. Custom made just for you to hold pet ashes or use instead to hold special pet memorial momentos like a pet collar. Glazed only at top above the top line of text. Hand impressed lettering spelling the name of your pet, date on back side at no extra charge if you'd like. Cork will be custom fitted to opening, but please secure urn cork stopper with glue (such as gorilla glue, or super glue).
Please specify in notes to seller box of the order transaction when you purchase: the pet NAME as you'd like it written, DATE in the format that you'd like, and GLAZE color selection for this Porcelain clay urn. Name can be in all lowercase letters, all uppercase or can be capitalized, please specify your preference and write it exactly as you'd like me to impress it. Please select a different urn style (quote or half quote urn style) if you would like a custom quote or additional text besides a name and date. This urn style is for limited amount of text on the front and back of the urn. Customizations beyond these are possible, please message me if you have a special idea you'd like to discuss.
Urns in this listing made of clay and glaze color that you specify, see the second for color choices. Only the upper portion that is glazed will be the glaze color that you select, the lower portion will remain the unglazed porcelain clay. All sizes and proportions are approximate and will vary slightly as they are all handmade.The text on the piece is hand impressed with individual letter stamps (not engraved by computer), so the stamping and spacing and justification/ centering of the text will all have a hand impressed, and imperfect quality to it, as seen in the photos of all of urn samples.
I have added an option for colored text, please select this option if you would also like the glaze to be infilled into the text. This works best when the glaze and clay are contrasting colors. There is no charge for this option and you can select your choice of colors for the text glaze. On the lighter colored porcelain clay, a darker glaze in the text might leave some residue around the text from the text glaze application process.
The urn in the first photo is porcelain clay with seattle grey and sage glaze (sage not shown on color palette), these were requested to have a higher glaze line.

3" x 3.75" - Size Extra Small (For pre-cremation weight up to 10 pounds)
3.25" x 4.25" - Size Small (For pre-cremation weight up to 20 pounds)
4" D x 5.5" H - Size Medium (For pre-cremation weight up to 40 pounds)
4.5" D x 6" H - Size Medium Large (For pre-cremation weight up to 60 pounds)
5.5" D x 6.5" H - Size Large (For pre-cremation weight up to 110 pounds)
6.5" D x 10" H - Size Extra Large (For pre-cremation weight up to 200 pounds)
If you are close to the maximum volume of the urn I would recommend ordering a larger size urn if you want to ensure that the ashes fit. Ash volume can vary and might not calculate to the approximate 1 cubic inch of volume equals 1 pound of pre-cremation weight. For Hydro Cremation, there will be 20% more volume of ashes and please multiply 1.2 to the pre-cremation weight to select the urn size. I would always suggest ordering one size up if have any concerns about the urn size.

These are handmade and do not have industrial perfection. small imperfections are all a part of these handmade pieces. These glazes are food safe and lead free. as with all handmade ceramics, I do not recommend putting them in the microwave, oven or dishwasher. They are handmade of very limited quantity, so please use them with care. avoid contact with staining foods on unglazed exterior surfaces.
